All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit is RM50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. VV88 does not accept third-party payments.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and VV88 ("VV88", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at vv88.asia. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality provided by VV88.

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. VV88 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, all bonus balances will be voided, and genuine deposited funds may be returned to the original payment source at VV88's sole discretion.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and to keep such information up to date at all times. Information provided during registration must match the details on any government-issued identity document you subsequently submit during KYC verification. Discrepancies between registration details and identity documents may result in withdrawal suspension pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. VV88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify VV88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. VV88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the Member has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
VV88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX internet banking, and direct bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT) are also supported.
The following minimum transaction amounts apply:
Deposits made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, and FPX are typically credited to your VV88 account within five minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmation before crediting.
Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing review. Verified accounts (KYC complete) typically receive withdrawals within 15 to 60 minutes for e-wallets and within one business day for bank transfers. VV88 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, though third-party transaction fees may apply.
VV88 strictly prohibits deposits or withdrawals involving third-party payment sources — that is, payment accounts not registered in the same name as the VV88 account holder. Any deposits identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the associated account will be reviewed for compliance.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by VV88 are subject to specific terms that govern their eligibility, wagering requirements, expiry, and permitted use. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all VV88 bonuses:
The casino welcome bonus is subject to a 30x wagering requirement applied to the combined deposit and bonus amount. The sports betting welcome bonus is subject to a 20x rollover requirement. Slot games contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live dealer and table games contribute at a reduced rate of 10% unless specified otherwise in the promotion terms.
VV88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a return regardless of outcome (matched betting using VV88 bonuses); exploiting game mechanics or software errors to generate abnormal returns; and colluding with other Members to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, VV88 reserves the right to void all bonus balances, cancel pending withdrawals, and permanently close the account.
All games offered on the VV88 platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and lottery products — are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or streamed from licensed live studios. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are accurate to the best of VV88's knowledge based on information provided by game suppliers.
VV88 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on a wide range of sports markets including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and Formula 1. All odds are subject to change without notice up to the point a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the system, it is binding. VV88 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by proven match-fixing, incomplete results, or data feed errors.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game session or bet placement, VV88 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly based on available system logs. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, VV88 will either complete the round upon system restoration or refund the wager amount to the Member's balance. VV88 shall not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from a technical failure beyond our reasonable control.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the VV88 platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
All intellectual property on the VV88 platform — including but not limited to the VV88 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and audiovisual elements — is owned by or licensed to VV88 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the VV88 platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any VV88 content or intellectual property without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VV88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the VV88 platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or damages resulting from platform unavailability.
VV88's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Member to their VV88 account in the 12-month period preceding the date of the claim.

Upon account closure, VV88 will review the balance position. Legitimate real-money balances (excluding any voided bonus funds) may be returned to the Member via the original deposit payment method, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation. VV88 is not obligated to return funds where closure results from a confirmed breach of these Terms.
VV88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at vv88.asia/terms-conditions with an updated "Last updated" date shown at the top of the page.
Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Member rights or obligations — VV88 will endeavour to notify active Members via on-platform notification or email at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the VV88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which VV88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to VV88's customer support team for attempted resolution through our internal complaints process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within 30 days of submission, either party may elect to refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules applicable to VV88's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
Nothing in this clause shall limit VV88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
